They do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as:
- Legal advice — No lawyer-client relationship is formed through use of IZN AI. Legal templates and draft documents produced by the Legal AI Agent are starting points only and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction before execution
- Financial advice — AI-generated financial analysis, ledger summaries, tax guidance or investment observations are illustrative only. Consult a licensed financial adviser or auditor for financial decisions
- Medical or psychological advice — Wellbeing alerts, mood analysis and any health-related outputs are informational only. Contact a licensed healthcare professional for medical or mental health concerns
- Dispute resolution or legal proceedings — AI-assisted mediation sessions are communication facilitation tools. Outcomes are not legally binding unless separately documented and signed in accordance with applicable law
2. Accuracy of AI Outputs
AI language models can produce incorrect, outdated or misleading information ("hallucinations"). IZN AI's language models run privately on our own servers and are not connected to real-time data sources unless explicitly indicated. You should independently verify any factual information, legal citation, financial figure, or important claim before relying on it.
We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, complete, up to date, or fit for any particular purpose.
3. Web Search Results
Where IZN AI performs web searches to augment AI responses, results are retrieved from our private search infrastructure and may reflect public internet content at the time of retrieval. IZN AI does not endorse, verify or take responsibility for the accuracy of third-party web content cited in AI responses.
4. Directory and Professional Listings
The IZN AI Verified Directory contains user-asserted professional profiles. IZN AI verifies identity documents where submitted but does not independently verify the accuracy of professional credentials, qualifications, or experience claims. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any listed professional.
IZN AI is not a party to any transaction, engagement, or agreement made through the Directory and accepts no liability for the outcome of such engagements.
5. Ledger and Financial Records
Ledger entries are user-asserted records. They are advisory only and do not constitute legal proof of debt, obligation or transaction without supporting documentation. IZN AI accepts no liability for any financial dispute or claim based solely on ledger entries.
6. Evidence Vault
Content stored in Evidence Vault is encrypted and preserved as-uploaded. IZN AI does not authenticate, certify or attest to the content, origin or chain-of-custody of any stored evidence. Admissibility in legal proceedings is determined by the relevant court and applicable rules of evidence.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Al Izn (UAE) and its officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content or your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability under any theory of liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) AED 50 (fifty UAE Dirhams); or (b) the total amount you paid to IZN AI in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Third-Party Content and Links
IZN AI may display, link to, or incorporate content from third parties. We do not endorse, control or take responsibility for third-party content, products, services or websites. Access to third-party resources is at your own risk.
9. Service Availability
IZN AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, server updates and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by service downtime.
